Most products are provided as downloadable soundtracks or accompaniment files. Sheet music, lyrics, arrangements, stems, project files, or written notation are not included unless specifically stated on the product page.

Because our products are digital, no physical item will be shipped.

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from SBC Melodies, you are purchasing a limited license to use the file. You do not own the copyright or master recording.

You may use purchased soundtracks for:

  • Claim the audio files as your own work

  • Share download links with people outside your church, choir, or ministry team

If you would like to use a soundtrack for a commercial recording, public release, online monetized video, or any use beyond normal church/ministry use, please contact us for permission.

5. Copyright

All soundtracks, recordings, arrangements, and digital files available through SBC Melodies are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights not specifically granted in these Terms of Use are reserved by SBC Melodies or the applicable copyright owner.

6. Downloads and Access

After purchase, you will receive access to download your digital product. Please download and save your files promptly.

SBC Melodies is not responsible for lost files after download, but we may assist with re-sending access when possible.

You are responsible for making sure your device, software, and internet connection can download and play the purchased files.

7. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

  • The wrong file was provided
  • The file is defective or cannot be played
  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
  • A product description was materially incorrect

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
